One of the best parts of my annual Halloween party is seeing the crazy costumes everyone shows up in. One of the best this year was my Sister in Law and Brother in Law dressed as Carl and Russell from UP.
Every year I give out a few costume awards to the adults, so before the party I always make a little Halloween Costume Trophy from something I find at the Dollar Store. Last year it was Skeleton Selfie Awards and this year it was Skeleton Bobble Heads. Combined with a giant candy bar, this is a major award 😉 It’s like getting a Dundie (Office fans?) Most Creative this year went to my cousin who was William Wallace from Braveheart.
I picked up these Bobble Head Skeletons at the Dollar Store and added little trophy tags. To make the trophy tags I cut out scalloped circles and then used some scraps from the My Minds Eye Frightful Line to add a few layers. I printed out the award title on a strip of paper and tucked that in there as well.
To secure them to the skeleton I wrapped a strip of paper around the neck and stapled it together. The layered medallion went on top.
