Watercolor Gelatos Layout

Watercolor-StripesI can’t seem to get watercolor projects off my brain. I have another watercolor technique to share with you later this week, but today I’m playing with a watercolor strip cutting file I made for Pazzles. It can be printed or cut, depending on the look you want. (File is available in the Pazzles Craft Room)

For this layout I used my Gelatos and the acrylic technique I described in my Watercolor Cut Out Cards post to create a gold watercolor background. Over the top of that I layered the cut out watercolor stripes.

My Minds Eye {Market Street} is one of my favorite new lines and I used it for this layout along with the sketch from the My Minds Eye July Blog Challenge. This is an amazing line-even down to the logo!Logo-MS I mean seriously! The sixth grade version of me would now spend hours trying to make my handwriting look like that!

Supplies:

My Minds Eye {Market Street}

Faber Castell Gelatos
